I have never fallen in love with a cafe quite like I did with Combi in Byron Bay. It had been recommended to me by a friend, but boy did it exceed my expectations. As my friends will know I am a massive lover of cute cafes and places that offer an organic menu, with fresh smoothies and juices and Combi had all that and more.
Whilst I was in Byron Bay, Combi became my local, I fell in love with their Acai Bowls and Matcha Tea Latte’s, as well as the whole ambience and feel of the place. It was decorated with so much appeal, with everything on the menu and in the cafe presented with lots of colour and style.
In Australia, Acai Bowls were all the rage, but the Combi one has to have been the best one of my whole trip. I am a huge lover for peanut butter so when I saw on their menu they did an Acai Bowl which included ‘local Acai blended with peanut butter- banana- blueberries- coconut water- topped with coconut flakes- activated charcoal buckinis- pistachio – banana – cacoa nibs and strawberries’, I was sold.
So if you are ever in Byron Bay, do not miss Combi, or you really will have missed out.
